The need for a drastic policy change towards Indigenous Australians is deemed necessary in the light of their current circumstances. This is recommended as the only way to offer them a radical hope for a better future, even as a systemic denial of health, education and opportunity to them as presently practiced may eventually lead to their cultural elimination.
