Abstract:
The greenhouse gas emissions changing the global climate is a threat not to be ignored and requires immediate attention. It is important to develop a national greenhouse gas reduction strategy that meets the Kyoto target, reduce energy use, improve the efficiency of converting energy into the services people want, and use less carbon-intensive sources of energy.
