Author Biography: Rodrigo Acuña is an independent journalist and researcher who specialises in Latin American politics. He is the host of Alborada’s Indestructible Podcast and publishes a monthly newsletter on Latin America. Rodrigo holds a PhD from Macquarie University and together with journalist Nicholas Ford is completing a documentary titled Venezuela: The Cost of Challenging an Empire.
