Author Biography:

Keith Barber is an honorary research associate in the anthropology program at the University of Waikato. He is a voluntary worker with the Social Political Ecology Research Institute, a Vietnamese civil society organisation working with Indigenous ethnic minority communities in the Mekong region of Southeast Asia for the preservation of biological and cultural diversity.
