Author Biography: Justin Clarke is a technologist with an increasing focus on the effect of tech literacy on public policymaking. An early career in London saw him lead a technical team for Europe’s largest digital agency, before returning to Australia to co-found web consultancy Digital Ally. He takes an active interest in digital rights, privacy and the impact of the internet on society.
